The Annual Christmas Boat Parade is back

Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce Announces Record

The Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce presents the annual Christmas Boat Parade with its theme "60 Years of Magic on the Water."  The event will be on December 9 at 7:00 pm
"What a great opportunity for all of us to come together not only to celebrate the holidays, but also to show our community's support and spirit, especially our gratitude to all those who contributed and supported the 60 years of joy of the Pompano Beach Boat Parade! so join us for this historic "60th Annual Holiday Boat Parade" with lights and music to thrill the thousands of spectators, along our beautiful canal, because it truly is "Magic on the Water", said Jean McIntyre, executive director of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Prizes and cash for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place jackpots will be awarded   for the best décor, excitement, music, themed décor and lighting.
The parade begins at Lake Santa Barbara and travels north across the Hillsboro Bridge to Sullivan Park. And as a reminder to everyone, the bridges at Atlantic Blvd, 14th St. Causeway and Hillsboro Blvd will be in the “vertical” open position beginning at approximately 6:15 pm until the boat parade passes. Traffic is usually very heavy in those areas, so plan ahead and drive safely.
